You register online on this page, and the registration is binding. Choose a private lesson, a swim technique analysis or a private open water session under «Individual Booking», or a crawl, children's or beginner course under «Group Courses».
After registering, you'll receive an invoice. It is payable within 14 days, and always before the course starts. Cash payment on site is also possible by arrangement.
Yes, in writing to Swimatic. For multi-lesson courses, cancelling 14 to 8 days before the start costs 50% of the course fee, and 100% from 7 days before the start. You can cancel single lessons free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Children's courses and swimming holidays have their own deadlines. All details are in our terms and conditions.
Send us a doctor's certificate within 3 days of cancelling. For multi-lesson courses, we transfer your place to the next course date. For single lessons, we refund the missed lessons.
For adults who can't swim at least 25 metres safely in deep water, there is our beginner swimming course at Schulschwimmanlage Altweg and Borrweg. Children from the age of 4 start the children's course at the «Crab» level at Schulschwimmanlage Freilager.
